After creating a website that engages and informs potential patients, we were tasked with developing a robust and targeted marketing strategy that enhances public awareness of the PPU, boosts reputation and translates competitive advantage into tangible private patient activity and expansion of the business.

The challenge

We were tasked with helping to raise awareness of the PPU and attract patients across a range of different specialities, ensuring their new digital asset was found and seen by patients, referring GPs and specialist consultants. 

 The approach needed to quickly establish trust and credibility, educate about the hospital’s cutting edge procedures and world-leading consultant specialists, guiding patients to get in touch and book a consultation.

The solution

Our focus has been on agile paid search and paid social campaigns to create an always-on presence which promotes the Royal Free brand, encourages enquiries and boosts conversions with lowered costs.
